Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and you may need to cancel your trip. This policy outlines the cancellation fees associated with Indo Nepal Tours.

Nepal Tours (including Muktinath Tour):

Cancellations made 25 days or more before departure will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 18-24 days before departure will incur a 40% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 10-17 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before departure will incur an 80% cancellation fee.
Exceptions:

If your trip is cancelled due to a pandemic, political unrest, or natural disaster, a 40% cancellation fee will apply.
Trekking & Mountain Climbing:

The cancellation fees for trekking and mountain climbing expeditions follow the same structure as Nepal Tours, with one key difference:

No refunds will be provided once the trek or climb has begun.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your trek or tour for a future date, you can do so without any charges, provided you inform us at least 15 days before the original start date.
